ISAR 2020 Congress Abstract Submission Information

The Indian Society for Assisted Reproduction (ISAR) Scientific Committee invites you to participate in the 2020 Congress at Hyderabad through the submission of scientific abstracts for presentation. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Team. Acceptance will be based on content, available space, and overall program balance. Both Oral and ePoster abstract formats will be provided during the Congress. All abstract submissions must be submitted electronically through ISAR 2020 website. The time allocated for each oral presentation will be 6 minutes. There will be 2 additional minutes for questions and discussions.

  • Author’s Font size 11, presenting Author’s name first.
  • Text to be type written in black ink using “Times Roman” Font size 10, single space, number of words not to exceed 250
  • Abstract submission will be accepted through online
  • Abstract submission will not be accepted post 6th January 2020
  • Registration is mandatory for Abstract submission.
  • Abstracts submitted to other International / National meetings must not be submitted


  • Delegates presenting a paper should be members of the ISAR and should be registered for the congress
  • Abstracts can be submitted for either an oral or eposter presentation
  • The first 200 papers will be considered on first – cum – first served basis along with registration fee for paper presentation and remaining will be considered for poster


  • You may edit the abstract as many times as desired before the deadline, using the Login ID and password. You must manage recording and security protection for your password yourself. Since the Login ID and password are necessary to confirm that your abstract has been successfully submitted, as well as to edit the abstract, please be sure to record them accurately.
  • Please Note: You can edit your Abstract only when you chose the option SAVE As DRAFT, Abstract cannot be edited if you click the option SAVE & SUBMIT. You have the possibility to modify your abstract only until the submission deadline, 6th January 2020.
  • Abstract submissions will be accepted through online submission only.
  • After submitting your abstract, please be sure to check whether it has been submitted successfully and please note the Auto Generated Paper ID for future reference.
  • Only the presenting author will be allowed to present his/her work. Co-Author will not be allowed to present the work under any circumstances.
  • The decision of the scientific committee on matters of selection is final.
